Paid for an item that never arrived. I called to inquire and was told it wasn't as "nice" as they thought and that they would refund my payment. A month later and over a dozen unreturned calls later, they no longer answer my calls, no part and no refund. They owe me nearly $400 and I'm not confident I'll get it back.
