Well on 9/21/2016 I went to Jackson soul food in opa-locka I was asking inquisitive questions about the menu. I was being served by a female name Niya she was very nasty and rude I spoke with a member of management but it resulted in nothing obviously because after the manager spoke with the female she went and sat at a booth down from me and snapped her neck like she did something by being rude and nasty to a customer.thats crazy because customer service play's a big role in business wow I will never go back there.AND THE FOOD WAS SLAMMING
