We found a motor for $550. We put a $400 deposit down on the motor. An hour later we find we are no longer in need of the motor. We return to the business to receive our deposit back. When we get there the man at the desk tells us there is a 25% restocking fee. He tells my husband there is a man working on the vehicle now to take the motor out. My husband walks out to where the vehicle is and clearly sees the vehicle was never touched. The man told us out of the $400 all we are getting back is $262. He took 25% off the price of the motor, not off the $400 deposit. Also on our receipt on the back there is warranty info nowhere in this warranty info does it state anything about a 25% restocking fee.in the end we were slammed out of $137 for them to do absolutely nothing to the vehicle. The only thing that was done was a receipt was printed. And on top of all of this the man was cursing at my husband in front of my 2 children who are 2 years old and 7 weeks old. Worst customer service i have ever seen in my entire life. We called the local cops to see if there was anything they could do. When they came out they informed us that they have been called to this specific location numerous times over the same exact issue. This company os doing nothing but slamming people out of theory money. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
