Provided by YP.comI wish I had checked reviews first. I had sinus infection in one day and became a full-blown case of bronchitis this happened late Thursday my regular doctor was not in his office on Friday at least he didn't have an appointment available, by Sunday I had to have help. I was greeted, filled out forms an saw doc. She was interested about my condition. THEN ASK ME do you have a regular physician.I should have lied I was deathly I'll with sinus and Bronchitis and she gave me meds for ONLY A SLIGHT KIDNEY INFECTION, I saw no symptoms!
Today am so much worse went to my doctor and when he gave me prescription I said well what about kidney just in case. He said this will cover both. He suggested that's what's so very sad. She given me meds for just a slight kidney infection. i never complained about that! .. today I got inhaler and Zpack. I can't believe I spent $75. On nothing and I am on Social Security. (Not old enough for medcare yet) oh their buildings nice.

Provided by YPmobileTook my daughter Thursday for a high fever. They did nothing but a flu test. No blood work or anything. We came to the ER 3 days later and she has pneumonia.

Provided by YP.comBe warned!! I Went in for an annual wellness visit, the lady at the front desk took my insurance card and verified with the company that 100% of the cost would be covered by insurance. During the wellness exam when the nurse practitioner asked me if I had any other concerns, I voiced one, and we discussed it. Next thing I know, I get a bill in the mail for $125. Instead of billing for a wellness exam, they charged me for an office visit because I asked a question. Kelly - in the billing department - told be this was because of the question I asked and the 2 minutes we talked about it. SO - only after complaining did they bill my insurance company for a wellness visit (they had forgotten), collected $115 from them, and now are trying to collect an additional $125 from me. There was zero transparency in their process. I went because I thought it would be quicker than going to my doctor. I would never go back, as there is no telling what kind of bill you will end up with.

Provided by YPmobileI have to say that service was very good. No problems with insurance, waiting time normal, physician takes time to hear and investigate the source of the problem. Front desk person, a little bit unfriendly probably bad day.

Provided by YP.comDon't go there if you have Aetna. Although MedSouth advertises on their website that they accept "all major insurance", they are not being truthful in their advertisement. I went there because I checked their site prior to having my wife drive me the the Collegedale location. Since their site stated they accept all major insurance, I thought there would be no problem. When I arrived to sign in, I gave them my Aetna insurance card and they would not accept it. MedSouth required me to pay a minimum of $100 from my own pocket before I could see a physician. I had to leave to seek help elsewhere. The people at the desk were helpful, it's just that I hate untruthfulness in advertisement.
