WebsiteUIMG was established in 2008 in Ontario, CA. It was founded by Dr. Neville Smith, M.D. and Myra Chason, BS, BSN, RDMS to help provide an affordable ultrasound option for the community. The medical group offers low cost ultrasound exams to the public with a physicians referral. Our clinic provides a clean and comfortable environment for our patients. All exams are performed by board certified sonographers and physicians using state of the art ultrasound equipment. All studies are read / interpreted by a board certified radiologist / cardiologist.
