We had a house fire in February and needed to purchase a new mattress, pillows, sheets, etc. before moving back into the house in June. We met with Tim, our salesperson, on 2 occasions, and were very pleased with his service. He spent time with us showing us several mattresses until we found the perfect one. He has a pleasant personality and was easy to deal with. Delivery of the mattress and all other items went smoothly.
