no works reels no garanties in mexico

I bought a junkuma reel.
All the gearing didn't hold up on my first fish.
I threw it over the rail and went back to Penn reels.

Mike took care of warranty replacement on my Okuma guide select rod very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service thanks again.

Well The New Helios HS-SKR-701ML broke in half with 7lb test line when setting the hook..Its simply "JUNK" It's pretty easy to see when you look at where it broke Okuma builds the rod with holes in them for the guides which creates the weak spot on the blank and thats where they will fail first under stress. again just a terrible design built to fail..Stay away from Okuma China JUNK ;-(
