What used to be my favorite place has now gone to hell with rude staff. Long waits, high prices, cold over cooked food, & lousy customer service. Rude employees everywhere. I felt like I was an inconvenience to any employee that waited on me, so we took our business someplace that deserved it. Never again.

They are very rude I took my daughter here for her 18Th birthday a party of 15 service is bad waitress had bad attitude slow service we waited 1 hour for food BAD SERVICE

My cousin told me he took a party of 12 to Dave and Buster's in Ontero, CA to celebrate his niece's birthday. The following is what he put on FB, to be honest, if a single Dave and Buster's is like this, I wonder if they are ALL like this.









Went to Dave & Busters in Ontario Ca location last night with a party of 12. Waited three hours for a table. When we finally got called for our table in The Show Room the hostess that sat us was rude, The table was still dirty, she thru the silverware setting down on the table. One of the assistant managers has us get up so they could put clean linens on the tables. There were three other tables next to ours already clean and set up. Why they just didn't move us to one of those I don't understand. Waited about 20 minutes for the waitress to come over and take our drink & appetizer order. Then waited about another 15 minutes to get our drinks. The appetizers were OK. After she took our dinner orders it took about another 30 minutes before the food started coming out. It took another 20 minutes for everyone to be served. 6 if the orders weren't even what they ordered and had to be taken away and re served. None of the entries were hot. It was obvious that the food had been sitting for a while. The manager for that area did keep coming over and checking on us. I walked out two different times and observed the manager talking to someone in a suit who I presumed was the General Manager. You would think with all of the issues that were going on he would have come over and spoke with us but that never happened. Once our food was finally served correctly our waitress never came over to check on us. I observed her and the other waitress standing by the bar in the room looking over at us and talking. At one point I got up with my empty drink glass and had to walk over to the bar so I could get another Diet Coke. Told her I realized she was extremely busy and asked if it wasn't too much of a bother could I get a refill? When the check finally came the manager had removed the orders from the bill that were wrong. To make things worse this was my nieces 21st Birthday celebration. What a day for her to remember. On your FB page you talk about " Great Food and epic fun served by the friendliest people in town." You either need to change your slogan or your staff. YOU DECIDE.

12 people going to Dave & Busters in Ontario Ca spending $350.00 on games and dinner for a 21st birthday. USELESS Now I will never go to a Dave and Buster's

I am warning any one who hates bad service, Dave n busters in Ontario has the worst service ever and they are very high priced the food is good, but they give you so little, the Bar tender lag too.And they are very rude.

It's like a Chuck E Cheese for adults. Lots of video games for tickets that you can load on your card. They have a restaurant and a bar too. Very easy to spend a lot of money fast here though since you pay / load your dave and busters refill card instead of using real cash.

I have never had a better steak. This is really sad to say because i thought i ate well before i went here. The chef is perfection. What ever they are doing is wonderful

This place has the worst, most rude employees ever, 20 minutes before the posted closing time, we were confronted by a man in a shirt and tie, said he was the manager, and said everything was shut down for closing time. We told him that we had 20 minutes before closing, he had us escorted out. What kind of service is this to a couple of customers who spent $200plus in one night. I will never return here ever again.



Everything is overpriced, especially the drinks, the food is also high priced and they give you very small portions and it the taste of the food stinks. Save your money and go to gameworks or even chuck e cheese is better than this place.

My wife and i ate here a couple nights ago and loved it. I can't wait to go back and try something new.

This is a really fun place to go and hang out with your friends. It is geared toward teens and young adults. If you are a gamer then this is the place for you. They also have nice party packages if you want celebrate a birthday. Kids really dig this place.

This is a fun place to go, but it costs a lot of money.
