Ever since the store started its operation in this location, we have had nothing but bad experiences. We were so happy to know that we had a Walmart was being built 3 blocks from our home. Every time we went there, we would run into proble

A with the self checkouts and to try to get someone come help was like pulling teeth. They are never where they are supposed to be assigned to stay and they were never to be seem. They need more than one person manning the front. There is barely one cashier actually working and in some cases none. Our last and final experience was on Satirday Aight 15th around 10:00 AM. As usual, we our register locked up and no one was coming to help. We waited almost 10 minutes until my husband gave up and took the food to another register.we actually ce for ice in which both freezers were empty. There were at least 3 walmart workers standing around and laugh in and talking to the manager T the time by customer service. Totally oblivious to the customers. Theamaher I think was the tall guy with drk brown hair and I think glasses. He was white, I am not being racist just trying to be descriptive. The other 3 were black women who all looked familiar as the employees I've seen there before. One was usually the one who took care of the registers. As I stood in the middle of the floor waving to them to help us, they did not even acknowledge we were there and continued laughing and chuckling. I am 66 and diabetic and could not walk that far to them eve. Though it was about 30 feet. After we left, we were parked in the only parallel handicapped spot and as we pulled out, a car raced in front of us and came to a deD stop in the fire lane and in front of the store. We could not get around them as they blocked our path. We honked as no one got out after a few minutes. The girl seed to be on her cell phone and when she was getting out fr the passenger side she started yelling at is and her male driver started using profanity at is. Ali and behold... Sure enough, she too was a Waart employee... Still on her phone and yelling at is with no regard that they were parked in the fire lane or that they were blocking traffic... My husband and I decided never to go to that store again and will drive way out of our way to another grocery store before going through that again. Also I you ask someone where something is, they act as if you are imposing on them. Very rude rude store. I think it is the class of people they hire because we are on the border of by about a mile of the worst part of town.
