Company does not try to help employees when they are not meeting the number of contacts that they want. The company is quick to judge and then let the employee go. The company spends all this money doing a security check and then in 3 months will let the person go. It is so sad that a big corporation that is doing well can't take the time to have some type of program to help an employee become more effiecient instead of just letting them go. When an employee is trying their very best and is a hard worker, I think they should be given a chance to improve. Three to four months does not show what a person can do. What has happened to our world that everything is just about money?
