My last experience with Sally’s was excellent. I inquired about a product I had seen in the store on sale several days before, and the manager took right to it. She correctly answered my questions about another product that I had purchased on line earlier in the same day. She went out of her way to get me what I wanted.

I Dont know about this place but the place on 178th and Center, all they do there is smoke they dont even care of what there customers think. I went there twice and my hair looks like it was chopped by a two year old!! I am serious...
