Needed someone to come look at our year old heat pump, that was not installed by RC. Older gentleman came, took 10 mins, told us the problem, went and sat in the truck and smoked for 20 mins, charged us $85, was rude and racist. Tried to get RC to give us a bid to fix the problem, never got a call back. They were upset they weren't the ones that installed the heat pump. Obviously I am glad, as they were so rude. Found a great company to fix our heat pump, as the company that installed went out of business. They were respectful and professinal. Obviously RC doesn't want the business. I wish I would have called the company we ended up using I would have saved myself $85 and alot of time.

This was the only company I could find that would come out the same day and service my air conditioner. They were a little later than scheduled, but that was okay since I scheduled so late in the day and they worked with me so well. The technician did a good job and my air was back up to speed soon after he finished. I recommend River City with no hesitation.
