Worse window I've ever had. People who came out lied to me about everything!!! I hear all outside noises.Also were SUPPOSED to be 99 percent spot free. What a joke. JOKES on me. Theresa M. If you want just put a review in & I may let you see for yourself!!!!! I wasted 10thousand $ for nothing.

The installers were extremely professional during the whole process. We did a complete window replacement in the house. The windows were over 50 years old so it was time. Can not express how clear the windows are to look out now. Even looking thru the windows and screen, you cannot tell that the screens are there.
They completed the installation in a little over 2 days. Did not believe they could accomplish this so quickly.
The whole process was initiated by us. They did not call us for the business. We did our homework and elected Renewal By Anderson.
Yes, we would recommend them to anyone considering replacing or installing new windows.

So I called renewal to get an estimate on 5 new windows. They came out and offered me their "special" financing offer of 6 years no interest- HA! I have car payments that take less time to pay off. After having a couple of other companies come out, I chose someone else- the window quality is the same as they would have been from renewal. I just didn't pay for the "name" of anderson, which by the way is not the same as the quality of pella, so stop trying to be! All in all, renewal is way over priced and has pushy salesmen- take your hard earned money somewhere else!

We had 16 windows replaced last year. Very professional company knowledgeable sales people, clean courteous installers, terrific product. Our house is quieter, more comfortable, and our utility bills have been reduced. All that plus a 1500.00 tax credit. We love our new windows.
