This company must be selective as to who they are being nice too. Called them about my roof leaking and was told it was out of warranty by 2 days! So they told there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay them $200.00 just to come and see what the problem could be. Then I called to ask about replacing my garage roof and left 3 messages, only to be told WE ARE TOO BUSY! Not a good thing to do to stay in business.

I was beginning to dread dealing with another roofing co., especially since I'm a senior, single woman. Pyramid Roofing was not only Johnnie on the spot in coming out to see what problem I had, (especially in a very busy time of season) but all 4 employees I dealt with were so very pleasantly polite, personable and professional. Extremely honest and even were my little bitty repair job (under $100)I was treated like a valued customer who was spending $20,000. I would call them in a heartbeat again and again, if I ever had a roofing need. Thank you Gary and Corey Luetticke, Larry, Paul and Gary. You are terrific.Patricia "Anne' Murray
