This merchant is unreliable as well as undependable. I called this Omar to schedule an appointment to have work done. I left several messages as well as emails to follow up on the work. After I spoke with him the week before to inquire about the estimate, he informed me he would send the estimate and get back with me within that week. The following week, once again, no email or call back. I finally contacted him via phone and spoke with him only to hear he was busy all the way up until July. I then asked him why didnt he inform me of this in the first place? He will never receive any work from me ever again and would highly recommend not doing business with him!
