The car was picked up on time and arrived early in perfect conditon.The company really took care of the entire process and the responsibility in genuinely shipping my car safely.

My first available pickup date came and went with no confirmed pickup. They said the price would be a bit higher because the delivery destination was "off their normal route" but it was still less than other companies quoted so I was happy. The delivery happened before we arrived Connecticut. It was just a little concerning and required a few phone calls to find a solution for the cars that would arrive before we did. However, the driver was apologetic about the situation and took a great care of my car.

They assigned the driver in a few hours and the vehicle was ready for pickup in 3 days. But somehow my pick up date was incorrect, so the driver arrived 2 days later. In the end all was well.
