I went down this morning, my vacuum has been clogged up for about a month and I can't afford the $100 for a new hose. They were unable to unclog my hose and were only going to charge me $5. They couldn't do credit cards for under $20 which I was happy to pay the $20 to have a vacuum almost as good as new again. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!
