I have to say I have never dealt with such a numbers of idiots in my whole life. I called the other day to get a price on a transmission filter change which by the way is one of the services they offer on their website. When I called they told me that they do not offer this service. Then I was put on hold and all the sudden they came back on and said they could do it and the what the cost would be and immediately tried to up sell me to the next service which for my particular was not advisable. They are not even familiar what is one their website and you are trusting them to change your oil. That would concern me and it should you. I then called AAmco transmission for this service and not only were they less expensive, but correct for my particular application of service. I made an appointment and in and out in 45 minutes.

I am 53 years old and been on the road for work 26 years of my life and I feel now that I would be better off just not even changing oil rather than going to a "Jiffy Lube" What ever happened to "Grease Monkey"? This place is full of monkey and just in my words can't even sit around and eat bananas.

Do the public a service and close your doors. If you don't it WILL happen with service like this and when I drive by and see the cars that are there for service it just drives the point home that people spent a lot of money on their cars, but skimp by taking it to a place this Jiffy Lube.

If I could rate this place in the negative, but unfortunately it is not an option. Do yourself of favor and continue to take care of your car, but don't take it to one of these places.
