They refused to honor the warranties (both mileage and roadhazard). Then they told me my old tires were worn funny, and that I needed $1100 of struts because they were leaking. Funny, I had checked them several days prior, no leaks, and the other shop I had gone to for something else said I didn't need struts. And, when I picked up the car I demanded my old tires back so I could check them, they refused to give them back. I actually told them I wanted the tires back when I dropped off the car, so this shouldn't have been a surprise. Everyone I know who has gone to Jensen tells me the same story. You go in for something simple, like an oil change, and they try to sell you $1400 in brake work (on a 20 year old pickup that we had just redone the brakes on last year), hundreds of dollars in belts/hoses on a 3 year old toyota, should I continue? Do I really need to?
