Jensen Retaining Walls did an excellent job on replacing the old wood retaining wall with stone. Dave Jensen, the owner was very through on explaining how the project would proceed from beginning to end. It took a year to complete, due to the supply shortages, but he came through and kept us updated. Our neighbors are duly impressed with the end result as are we.

After the project was completed a number of questions arose. Dave responded the same day to address our concerns. This was the best investment we could have made. Thank you for a wonderful job.

We had Dave come out last Summer and give us a quote on a driveway retaining wall. His quote was cheaper than we could have built our wall ourselves (materials, bobcat rental, etc.). He said he could schedule the project this fall. Just after Labor day Dave calls us, he has a break in their schedule and can put our retaining wall in early! During the project, we discovered the people that built my house didn't put stone facade under the ground level. Dave extended the wall over 5' to cover this area. We are very happy with Jensen Retaining Walls. I live in the Aksarben area in Omaha Ne.

They did a great job on my wall. Tore out the old eye soar and replaced with a beautiful block wall. Great service, friendly employees. Not too often do you get a contractor to do what he says. Had lots of compliments from Neighbors already. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We are the "neighbors" on Mayberry Street that are currently having multiple retaining walls constructed that a post from Emily Casey referred to on 8/1/17. We have nothing but positive things to say about Jensen Retaining Walls and the manner in which they have performed their work. The comment made in Ms. Casey's post of 8/1/17 regarding us not being happy with the work done is far from the truth; we are extremely happy & satisfied with the work that has been done. We would recommend Jensen Retaining Walls to anyone who wants a professional, well designed retaining wall that will improve not only your property, but also that of your neighborhood. One more thing: Since the work began on our wall on July 21st, two homeowners from our neighborhood have contracted with Jensen Retaining Walls to have similar work done. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DAVE!

Jensen did a retaining wall at my neighbors house across the street. They left all of their materials (large piles of gravel, dirt and bricks) in front of my house on my mulch beds for more than two weeks (this is a job that should have taken 3 days- the workers were there the whole day and would stand around on their phones and play loud Spanish rap music from 7am to 5pm). After they were finished, my mulch beds were completely ruined and they left trash bags full of mulch on my front porch. I called to request that they come lay the mulch as I am 7 months pregnant (which they knew because they saw me depart and arrive from work every morning and evening). The owners wife had VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and was very rude and unprofessional. She got an attitude with me when I requested that they send workers to repair the damages. I left my address so someone could come fix it. About 30 minutes later the owner SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE UNANNOUNCED with an intimidating demeanor interrogating me about "why I was so rude to his wife" and that I shouldn't be "bitching" about the mulch beds and that they "did me a favor" and "you don't look 7 months pregnant" implying that I should lay the mulch myself. I told him that he shoud practice better business by leaving the environment the way it was when they arrived. He continued to disagree with me and said "go ahead and write a bad review about me on google. I don't care. We will handle it the same way we do with all of our bad reviews and it won't affect me". I said "okay then I will, it's your business not mine". He then left without fixing the mulch beds. That was the end of our interaction. I am completely distraught that he came to my house in that manner and had the audacity to take that approach to a 25 year old woman who is 7 months pregnant. All I asked was that he or his workers lay the mulch as I am not physically capable. Also, if you're looking for a review on their quality of work I would not recommend, the work appears unfinished and a bit of an eye sore to see when I walk out my front door. I also spoke with my neighbors and they did not seem too happy with the work done (understandably and I felt bad that they wasted their money at this company). Good luck finding another business to provide services for you!

What a JERK! Is all I have to say...rude, disrespectful and downright cocky !!! I'm in shock of how I was treated by the owner "Dave"....he made me sick

Very poor customer service. When spoke with this man, he was very rude. It's one thing to be proud of your business, but another to just be outright cocky about it. You can also tell he probably chose this type of field, because he doesn't have an education. He may want to consider going to school, and learning some people skills.

I have worked with Dave over the past few years and find him to be upfront and customer focused on everything he has done for me. He really does care about his work which comes across in the finished project. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a retaining wall! Thanks Dave

I contacted a guy named Dave,what a jerk! Im looking to have some extensive decorative block wall and some concrete installed. I told him i was wanting to get some estimates from contractors to see if they were all in the the same ballpark,his first comment was were not the cheapest , I said that's OK we are looking for quality work also not necessarily cheepest ,he said "well sounds like your doing too much shopping by having several bids and we dont work like that!, I dont have time to stop from a job and come out and give a bid that you cant afford cuz your looking for the cheepest bid!...i was just astonished a contractor would say this!!!,,im not rich if i was i rich i wouldnt be a dumb rich guy that will pay what ever!!! if you dont want to do just say it like i even told him its fine if your too busy ,,just went on and on about bla bla bla,,by then i hung up!! would never go with this Company and will also let every contractor know about this guy!

We were ready to redo our backyard to create a useable space where the family could relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our project required a substantial retaining wall to raise the grade by almost four feet. We had seen Dave's signs and work around our neighboorhood so we gave him a call to discuss our project. From the start Dave was prompt, courteous, and very passionate about his work. He provided many suggestions on how best to accomplish our goals before we settled on a design for the wall. When Dave brought us his estimate he spent considerable time going over the estimate as well as describing the whole process and schedule to complete his work. He started and finished as promised and the wall he built exceed our expectations. We are very pleased not only with the work Dave did , but also in the way he approached our project and kept us informed thoughout the process. We would highly recommend Dave for anyone considering building a retaining wall.

We have contracted with Dave Jensen to build several retaining walls for us. He is quick to respond to a request for an estimate, meeting with us at the job site, and discussing all of the variables with us. Dave is always concerned with making sure that the retaining wall that he builds is the best type of wall construction for the location as well as meeting the needs and wants of the property owner. Dave starts and completes the job when it is scheduled. Dave is polite and respectful of the property owner as well as the neighboring property owners. We are already making plans for a wall at another property that we own, because we know that a Dave Jensen retaining wall will increase the street appeal and value of that property.

I had Dave Jensen of Jensen Retaining walls do a retaining wall for me , on a 45 degree incline on a driveway , he was very helpful in the choosing of the materials, and how he was going to install it , took his time to explain everything in depth and in much detail , and I am very happy and pleased of the way the job turned out , Excellent , I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants any kind of retaining wall installed, very courtious and professional, Thanks Dave good job .
