I highly urge you to seek another law office. Higgins Law is very unprofessional and will say anything to get you to sign with them. They will not and do not communicate with you. They will continually ask for more and more money. I have heard the same story from others after the fact of me giving them my money (this is my fault and just hope others do not make the same mistake). The highlight is Matt sends me a letter stating he will no longer represent me after I told him my concerns. I called him to discuss this issue and refuses my calls.
