I wouldn t even give this company 1 star, but didn t have a choice. When I called my appointment was set up for a Tuesday, and sure enough they arrived on Monday and it wasn t even who I had asked for specifically. I called because I was referred by someone that highly recommended them, for some storm damage to my home. The parts were very reasonable, but when I received the bill, I not only was overcharged, but I was also charged for a trainee, and drive time. They don t even offer a free estimate, like most companies. I called and spoke with Dave the owner, and he more or less called me a liar when I told him that the workers were only there one hour, not the two and half I was being billed for, he stated he needed to talk to them and get back to me. I would never use or recommend their services again, and the customer service is non existent!
