Theyre not even worthy of one star. Had a fmaily member get a divorce recently and had to file a BK CH 7. He had a small line of credit with them and they told him he had 10 days to find another bank account since they were closing his down. Now you have 10 days to find a new bank and change all the direct deposit and auto deducts. No other bank I have ever heard of or run across has done that. They SUCK big time!!!

Too bad you have to give it even one star, they do not deserve any.



First National has a Credit Card Processing dept. and it is a BIG SCAM. Every months over the last 3 months First Nation Merchant Solutions has charged us "additional" fees WITHOUT notifying us prior.



I called the first time and they said that there was a notification of the upcoming additional fees in small print on the back (can you believe that they put it on the back) of the statement. We cancelled the service and today a week later I get the bill for last month and they have added a $49 fee for an unsupported device (whatever that means, they knew what kind of devices we had when we signed up). Of course when you sign up you MUST give them access to withdraw from you bank account. I guess that should be the first clue that they are running a scam.



We will also get charged a cancellation fee even though they are the ones who breached our agreement.



Our bill went from $49.95 to $118.95/mo. That is a 238% increase!!!! With NO PROPER NOTIFICATION!!







STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!! THEY ARE TOTALLY UNETHICAL AND JUST WAITING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

FNBO has terrible customer service, rude reps, and outrageous early termination fees. I was sadly disappointed with my experience.
