I have been taking my Hondas and my Acura to Exclusive for many years. More than once, they have saved me money through their honesty and expert appraisal of my needs. Once, I was told from another "dealer" that my Acura's brakes needed to have the rotors turned,etc. at a cost estimate of over $300. I called Todd at Exclusive and he said, "bring it on down." Result: only the brake pads needed replacement - total cost about $100. They also honestly told me another time, "Don't bring your car in - the problem is the transmission - take it back to the dealer for warranty-covered service." He was right again!. Honestly, I went to Exclusive when I lived near 50th Steet and now that I live out west, it is always well worth the drive. I am happy to recommend this shop for honesty, expertise and customer service. Everyone knows the value of "good, honest mechanic." These guys are the real deal. Only drawback: they only service real Hondas (no Passports, e..g, that were actually not made originally by Honda) and Acuras, but this specialty serves thm well.
