I hired a contractor to do some cement work for me – the contractor asked for a down-payment before starting the job which I gave him. The contractor did not complete the work for me and would not give me my down payment back when I requested it from him. I then hired Justin A. Roberts – see detailed information regarding Justin above - to assist me in resolving the matter with the contractor.

Based on my experience with Justin A. Roberts on this particular case I believe I would rate his communication with me as below average. I would rate the response time and outcome of my case as very unsatisfactory to me. I didn’t feel the level of trust between Justin and I was as high as I hoped it would be. I also expected Justin A. Roberts to charge me considerably less than I was actually charged for his services. I will not hire Justin A. Roberts to assist me again.
