Dr. Beninato has a beautiful, modern facility and a wonderful friendly staff. He does a great, tho expensive, pre-treatment documentation by panoramic film and oral/facial imaging plus xrays, well worth the charge. Dr. B. offered a "critique form" after a recent cleaning. I made the mistake of giving a negative opinion about the use of, and charging for, a fluoride treatment, which was given without my consent as part of the cleaning, and a charge for the dentist to "look" at my teeth after the cleaning. He didn't really "look," just advised me which procedure I should make the next appointment for. All work done by his staff up to this point had been satisfactory. An appointment was made for my visit to have prescribed work done. Then, a call came from his office. They said, "after reviewing my comments about the office, THEY WERE CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT and felt I should go elsewhere. Left me wondering why they ask for any opinion in the first place!
