I called Bryan hill entertainment from the number listed on their website, a woman answered and said she was "the wife". She told me she didn't have any information about their inflatable rentals and that she would have her husband call me. This was done on June 2nd. About 20 minutes later, a man called me and gave me lots of information about the inflatables and that we would need to pick up our water slide in Omaha, because we live in Palmyra. He told me that we would need a truck, because the slide would not fit in a car. He told me that they do not believe in requiring a deposit because "that's just stealing from people." I asked if he had the water slide available for my 8 year old daughters birthday. He told me to go to the website and reserve the slide. He said that if they have a slide available on that date, then the reservation would go through.

I did this on their website. I received a confirmation email. I felt I was good to go. I had an email confirmation and I sent out invites to my daughter's class for "super fun on 16 foot water slide party"!

The Monday before the party, 7/14, I sent an email from the website under contact us, as instructed, to confirm our reservation and to ask for where we should pick up the slide. I received an email on 7/15, that was a personalized message (not auto generated) with their address and to call if I have any further questions.

On 7/19, I send my husband to Omaha to pickup the slide. My husband calls me and says that they do not have our slide.

I call Bryan Hill and speak to Bryan Hill. He begins to justify how I could not possibly have a reservation because of river fest. I asked who I spoke to a month and a half ago. He said that it might have been Al? He said that they would never ask someone to pick up a waterslide - again him trying to justify that I couldn't possibly have a reservation. I told Bryan that at this point, an hour before a dozen 8 year olds were to be showing up at my house, it doesn't matter that I spoke to someone and their wife on the phone or that I have a reservation confirmation in my hand or that I have a confirmation email from the Monday prior, what matters is that you do not have a waterslide for me today. He said, "I can get you a waterslide tomorrow."

The gentleman seemed very nice and there is obviously something wrong with their website.

My daughters party was ruined and she was devastated. All of the girls showed up In Swimsuits expecting a waterslide. I found another company that I paid double to bring a bounce house out to my property.

If you use Bryan hill, please make sure that you confirm more than 3 times and more than to a live person or through email or through a website.

My company spends a great deal of money with Bryan Hill to host events for our employees. We will be reconsidering who we use for company events due to this experience.

I would prefer using a company that I can trust will not promise and not deliver. I was not compensated in anyway and I received no apology.

I was over at harrahs casino when i got to go to a familly fued game show provided by bryan hill entertainment. it was the most fun ive had in a long time.

ADAM IS THE BEST DJ EVER!!!He DJ'd Marian High Schools surprise day this year and was a HUGE success. All of the girls had a fantastic time on the dance floor; and his moves and charisma made it even better. Great music was played, which led to some sweet dancing. Marian girls know how to get a groove on for sure. Thanks Adam and Bryan Hill for everything!! We look forward to working with you again.SincerelyA Happy Student.
