Dripped car off at 11:00 a.m. to have rear brake pads installed, was told they were busy but would have it done by end of the day called at 3:00 when I still hadn’t heard anything they still hadn’t let Ike’s at it, went down at 4:00 so I could get my keys before they closed . Pulled I to find the car parked exactly how I had park led it 5 hours earlier. Walked in guy says he’s “just now looking at it” I observed vevthe car hadn’t been moved and told him to just give me my keys, looked ou to see they were in fact just then pulling my car into a bay. So I guess I’m supposed to think they were going to do a thorough job in the last 30 minutes or so of the day? Nope, got my keys left and won’t return place is a mismanaged train wreck.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Brakes Plus today. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they got me right in. I went to another mechanic shop first and they wanted to charge me a fortune. Cory looked it over and got the work done for less than half what the other place was going to charge me. They called me with the price before they did any work, and now it runs and drives safely again.

Don't waste your time going anywhere else....these guys know their stuff and they treat you right.

I went in to have an oil change i had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone came at front to take care of me, and the guy told me we're full for the rest of the day, but it you make an appointment for tomorrow we can get it done, well later i called to make an appoinment next day at 2:00 pm next day i showed up and what a surprise when the guy told me we're behind let me see if i can get you in, what an unprofessional place, what whas the point to made a reservation, just a waisted of my time, never go back to them....

i have been a loyal customer for about 6 months and i am very happy with the courteous and professional service i receive, from not only the managers like josh and brian but from the mechanics also like jason, todd, and martin. they will work with you to give the best possible for the best possible results and they stand behind their work. this has been demonstrated to me many times as i went through 4 or 5 starters in less than 30 days then they found the car problem to fix the overall problem now my car starts better and the starter works great. good technicians also.. they can diagnose a problem before they do the work and give you a good estimate for the work performed.. i like this place and they get all my car business now.. thanks fellas and keep up the good work.. i appreciate you all. roger gast..
