Well first they quoted a price that had gone up because of a ticket. They explained that it would remain at that price for 4 months. We then decided to shop for a cheaper rate and I was told I couldnt get my money back because it was already in the computer. There was nothing he could do. I found that hard to believe and told him so. He said that was to bad. He also gave me only ten dollars in change when in fact I should have gotten thirty dollars. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by anyone. He ened up cussing at me and my son. I would never ever recommend this insurance company to anyone. I have Allstate I was dropping off a payment for a friend. I had never heard of AA Broker now I know why because they treat people terribly. That man took my money.
