My sister and I went to have some new signs made for her business. Steve was most unhelpful. giving very little info. asking very little questions. almost like he didn't want our business at all. He was short and agitated in all contact with him. like he had some agenda. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with professionally. and that's saying allot. His attitude will make his business fail. Customer service means guiding people through the process. Communicating your needs and working with the clients abilities. Making things work towards the end goal = happy return customer and money for your business. As for future business, My company will never recommend Signdezign to any client.
