This is the third time I have called them for help in the last 6 years. Once again I received prompt & courteous service. Travis not only fixed my yard hydrant that had been leaking but helped me with my bathroom sink problem. He was very efficient and knowledgeable.

Justin was great, very personable and professional, a good worker too, and the office person was cheery and bright. It took about 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem, and now the faucet is working well. I even got a call two days after the service to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional.I was a bit stunned when I was handed the bill, however. Maybe it's the going rate now, but I wasn't prepared for $150/hour. Still, the job was done and done well by an obvious pro, I was happy and treated well, so I am a satisfied customer and would call them again.

Took care of a long term sewer line problem and followed up to make sure I had recieved good service. Thanks OPT.

I had a plumbing emergency and the ladies on the phone at OPT were so calming, kind and helpful and hooked us up with a plumber so quickly it took so much weight off of our shoulders! They made my bad day so simple, got the plumbers out to our home very promptly i couldnt help but rave about the experience i had with them! Rony (the owner) was helpful and charming and i was happy to employ his family's business and will most certainly hire them again when possible

Based on all the great comments I called to make an appointment. My toilet backed up... cant use the toilet, do laundry, or run water down the drain. I explained all this to the answering service and she said "do you consider this an emergency"... I said, welllll since I have no place to go to the bathroom and cant run water down the drain, I would say so. She said shed have someone call me back right away. 5 hours later... still no call.. so I called back... explained it to her AGAIN! She said... "do you consider this an emergency"? I said NEVER MIND... I'll call someone else. I don't know how everyone else got such a quick response... I sure didn't and I'll never try again.

We had a cracked toilet drain pipe, and needed a real pro to fix it. Olympic quickly responded to my phone call early in the morning and was able to schedule Dale for the work the same afternoon. He was the right person for the job, having repaired many similar systems in old houses in the area. It was a tough job, since to remove the old pipe required cutting through a 4-inch iron pipe in a very cramped space. Dale finished the job quickly and with a minimum of fuss and was friendly and professional. Great job, Olympic, and thanks Dale!

I called other plumbing companies and none of them could come that day to fix my toilet. I called Olympic Plumbing Technology. I spoke to Kim and she said said she would call me right back. She got back to me within two minutes with an appointment for that day. Unfortunately, it was the only time of the day I couldn't be at home because of an appointment. She worked with me until we had a time that would work. Then the funniest thing happen the toilet starting flushing and everything was fine. I called her back and to my amazement she said, "Great, I am happy for you!" She really cared about me! Don't call anyone else. Call Olympic Plumbing Technology they care about you!! My kitchen sink was not draining, and Ron came late in the day to help fix the problem. It turned out not to be an easy fix, and he patiently worked on it for two hours. He had to return the next day and spent four hours trying to determine the problem. He was persistent and smart about a difficult mystery to solve and eventually did figure it out. His price was fair, and I was especially impressed with his persistence, patience and intelligence in handling this problem. I will definitely call him again if we have another plumbing issue!!

I had a sewer backup on a Sunday evening into my basement. I called at least 12 different plumbers from online in the area. Ron at Olympic's Sunday's rate was lower than most companies I called normal rate. I first spoke to an answering service and within 15 minutes Ron called me back directly. After we got off the phone it was less than 45 minutes and Ron was here at my house. Ron was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem within the hour. I appreciate his fair and reasonable prices as well as his friendly and professional customer service attitude. Ron will be the last plumber I will ever call. I give Olympic Plumbing Technology an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

Thanks to OPT.We had a leak causing a bit of damage that we couldn't find but they did and fast (i.e. cheap). Highly recommended.

I have an annual backflow check due to the city of olympia. Rony (the owner) came out and after 5 min told me that our backflow failed the test and the repair will cost near $500. I just think this is something fishy and called another company, who came out and said our backflow system was all right. The worst part is since I told Rony not to go ahead with the repair, he sent the report to the city of Olympia stating our system failed. We have to spend time afterwards to clarify with the city what we have been through.

I called Ron around 1pm on a Friday and he said that he could fit me in that afternoon. He showed up and performed the job just under the quoted amount. His work was professional and he kept the area clean. I highly recommend Olympic Plumbing.

I called in the morning about replacing a leaky water hydrant. Rony showed up that day and was able to do the job same day within the time and dollars he quoted. I was very happy with his work and the reasonable charge for the service.
