This is by far the worst motel I ever stayed in for the money paid. First of all, being a non smoker I was charged more, and no ashtrays in the room. To some this may sound trivial, but to a smoker, this is a major inconvenience. Second, there's no carpeting in the rooms, only laminated flooring that made it look like hardwood. I could hear every heavy footstep in the room above me. Third, there were only 20 channels on the television, with a remote that didn't work. The only news channel available was fox. To some, this doesn't mean much, to others, a serious issue. Fourth, the WiFi signal was extremely weak, and dropped off at times, showing out of range, throwing both my laptop and tablet into fits. When I called the front desk on this, the clerk tried to claim it was heavy traffic. I've stayed in seedier hotels in the near past and still got much better signals with no problem that were screaming fast. So if that were the case, with what they charge, they need to get better routers, as the motel is only 2 blocks from the State Capitol and I'm sure those doing political business would be extremely irritated at this. Last, there was what appeared to be mildew stains starting on the shower curtain. If you wish to stay at the Olympia Inn, I'm sure these things I mentioned may not bother you, but they irritated the hell out of me.

If you're a party animal, this is a place to stay without frills. The first room was unacceptable, but the second room my friend and I found in the motel was fine, except for the hot and cold settings for the shower. One thing we appreciated was the TV.
