I've been eating at Meconi's since I was 3 years old! Nothing compares to to their fresh ingredients, soft sandwich bread, and you can't go wrong in ordering a snicker doodle cookie :) Take a friend and split a whole sandwich - you won't be disappointed!

Coni's is a great shop and you can tell by the lines out the door during lunch hour. My suggestion call your order in very early. The sandwichs were exceptionally tasty and the staff is very friendly even with all the customers waiting. Best bet try to avoid during leg. session that's the most busy time. CHECK IT OUT!

I have found only one restaurant (in Bremerton) with better subs, but they went out of business. Meconi's now stands alone as the best place for a sandwich in Washington State (and I've been looking for somewhere closer). The downtown atmosphere is pretty fun, too, on a warm day. Best bet is to call ahead with your order during the weekday lunch rush. Make sure to order it cosmo (hot).
