I was extremely impressed with Healthy Futures Clinic in Olympia. The attention to patient comfort, expedient service, and their green building commitment make this the finest clinic in Olympia; perhaps in the whole Northwest. The waiting room is beautiful and comfortable, the examination rooms are well designed and state of the art, and Dr. Lindgren is amazing. I've known him to spend HOURS on the phone to help and advise the parents of an asthma-suffering girl that wasn't even his patient. This truly is a remarkable place.

Both of my children have been seen by Dr. Lindgren since we moved here in 2003 - we moved over to this practice with him. Now my daughter sees Tammy and we love the practice. The hours are very convenient, they are ALWAYS very helpful and willing to fit us in, and i love the staff. They have also worked very well with other specialists as my son became ill.

My grand daughter was very sick with flu like symptoms. We asked for an appointment with the physician and they had openings. We offered to pay for the visit until the new medical insurance would take effect which would be in 30 days. They refused to provide medical attention to our grand daughter based on the fact that they want only insured children even though we repeatedly explained that we would pay for the cost of the visit that day and would contact them as soon as her dad's insurance came through so that our grand daughter could remain with the same pediatrician. They were very difficult to work with and had no sympathy for the fact that our grand daughter needed to be seen. It was all about the money not the child! A business like this makes me question their commitment to children's care!

Dr. Lindgren has been an intricate part of my family for over 18 years. He began caring for my son when he was 3 days old and a solid, secure, trustworthy relationship developed from that day forward. That was in 1991. Today, Dr Lindgren and his awesome associates are still a regular part of the lives of all of my children. I wouldn't dream of taking my children anywhere else, ever. Dr Lindgren has consistently diagnosed, treated, cured, and gone above and beyond for the most important people in my life.He is a blessing.

These are words that describe Dr. Lindgren and his entire team from the medical staff to the front office. We have two adopted children who have been with Dr. Lindgren before they came home to us. He was willing to find out more about their ethnicity and to communicate with specialists from Korea to Seattle to make sure that all medical aspects were considered. There were several important issues that he worked on where others just shook their heads. Based on his effort, we have a wonderful family! ######Healthy Future Pediatrics has invested in technology to make our experiences good. Healthy Future Pediatrics is virtually paperless. To us, this indicates a very efficient office.######We also are able to get someone on the phone during the weekends or holidays to tell us that our kids are OK or that they need to be seen. We are recognized by name every time we visit! ###I ALWAYS reach a person on the phone..and when I need to talk to a provider directly, I do not have to leave a message- the person that answers the phone is ready to help!! ######The staff of HFP are my fellow community members and it really shows in the way they provide personlized, friendly service for my family- I never feel like just another account, or one more family in a herd of a million. Carl Lindgren has provided care for my children since 1991 and I could not be more pleased. First of all, you get a real live person on the phone rather than endless voicemail when you call. Secondly, they always manage to see my children in a very timely fashion. My boys have never had a problem with going to the doctor, and I believe this is because the staff at HFP is very welcoming and friendly (kid and parent friendly!), they feel respected and listened to, and it is always a pleasant experience. ######I have worked in the healthcare field and know first hand how stressful it can be to work with and work in. HFP has always returned phone calls the same day. The few times I have felt the need to call after hours, I have been put through or received a call back very quickly. In this busy time of our lives, I really appreciate the high quality care and service we receive at HFP.

Dr. Lindgren has been caring for my three boys since the day(s) they were born. He has always been profession, understanding and available. Dr. Lindgren has current and pertinent information on children's health care. He has a proactive approach and values preventative healthcare. Healthy Future Pediatrics has a great staff and friendly office. I highly reccommend them for all your child's health care needs.
