Dr. Vogelgrsang and the entire staff are the most professional staff in Pain Field l have ever been associated with. As a retired Social Worker/APS with Social and Health Services & the State of Washington it is hard to find a Team that is so caring and knowledgeable.Anyone that is lucky enough to have acquired their services will truly find their quality of life improve. I have experienced more problems with this medical provider than any other office I have ever dealt with. They have mixed up my records with other patients and accused me of taking drugs I have never taken, they have screwed up my medical billing requiring me to spend hours straightening it out and they have left me (a patient with an injured spine) standing on a hard floor for nearly two hours past my scheduled appointment. All of my appointments has left me waiting well past my scheduled time. The staff is nice but that is not enough, they have to be competent as well: medical offices cannot continually make mistakes without making one at some point that seriously injures a patient. Find a better run clinic.

Dr. Vogelgesang has not only helped me improve my lifestyle, but has helped my husband as well. I have sever scoliosis, which has limited my ability to hold a full time position outside the home. With the help of Dr. V., I am currently able to work and work with minimal pain. I hope with the continued assistance from Dr V. and his staff, I will be able to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. Sarah McGinty
