Our truck was fixed on time and at the price quoted. Not much more we could ask for!

NOT HAPPY!!!!! I was not happy with the service. I asked for and paid for platinum spark plugs and did not get them. I had my regular mechanic check. He has verified this. My auto ran worse after I had it worked on. Just saying my opinion only and why I have this opinion. Rate this place 0 stars. I have since talked to others who tell me to avoid this place.

I was reffered to them. They are great at customer service. Work done correctly and efficiently. I will use them again!

They have excellent customer service. Having towing and loaner cars is very appreciated. Also, having e-mail communication is nice. My mechanic in Rochester is retiring so I will be swtiching to them for my future needs

This place has good service. Thier free loan cars are great for those of us who cant do without transportation. Freindly, & clean shop. Pricing seems about average...

I try to always take my vehicles here for repair. The service is excellent and the free loaner car means that my daily schedule is barely disrupted!

I broke down. Called them and they were here in a few hours to pick up my car. They towed it in for free and gave me a loan car to use for free. Outstanding service in my opinion. They will get my future business.

I've used this repair shop for years. They are honest and fix my car right. They use a reccomendation list to keep my cars maintained. I drive my cars for far more miles and keep it longer because of thier guidence. Free loan cars are a big plus too.

Final price was $180.00 over estimate given to me by phone. This business can improve by having the customer sign a written estimate and calling them if the price goes over 10% over the stated amount.

My car was broken down and would not start. They towed it in for free and had me up and running the same day. Fast, efficient, and freindly too! They even provided a free loan car for my use while mine was in thier shop. I will be a customer from now on. great service!
