i simply can't say enough good things. it's hard to find a good mechanic that you can honestly trust not to mention how scary it is pricing the cars issue around town with the many shops available. i will say this is my new mechanic, i will be a life long customer, and would recommend this shop hands down not just for the area but any place i've dealt with in my entire life. my cars issues were brake pads and rotors. was told by other shops who inspected the vehicle i also needed calipers. this place didn't try and gouge me. not only did they beat everyone elses price from oly to centralia for the job, i was advised to not needing calipers. what mechanic do you know that would tell you not to spend money you didn't need, i was none the wiser. honest, fast (same day service with a busy shop), and genuinely good people. this is what humans should be like.

They wanted to remove my transmission for a crank shaft sensor like 700 doller qoute called another shop had it towed thier cost me 120 dollers after tax above and beyond RIP OFFS....ps all they had to do is remove the oil pan to get it.........

EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN GOING TO THESE GUYS!!! -Updated! Took my son's car in to have squealing belts looked at. I'll give them that the "diagnosis" was free they just got it wrong. They told me the squealing belts were caused by blown crankshaft and cams seals and that the timing belt was oil soaked as well. They told me over $900 to fix it!!! Took the car home and took the timing belt cover off. Guess what no oil on the timing belt nor leaking seals. The power steering pump was leaking which was causing oil to get on the serpentine belt. Cost $80 for a power steering pump and $40 to replace the belts. A far cry from wanted to rip me off for over $900. If you go to these guys get another opinion to make sure they give you an estimate about what actually needs to be repaired. I am a former mechanic and I took it to them to teach my son about responsibility for his car but I didn't think it would turn out to be such a let the consumer beware lesson too. Must be why they advertise on their shop windows no credit check financing for repairs..................... The service manager was very clear that the "oil" was coming from the cam and crank seals (this was a shock to my son who was present as well that they wanted $900 to fix his car). When I told him that the motor oil level was full on the vehicle he still kept his position (blown seals) I was really surprised they missed the obvious leak on the power steering pump. Unless checking the power steering pump (which is on top of the motor on this car wasn't part of the "free" inspection.In the end it cost me belts and the power steering pump (a total of about $120) to fix and the car has been working great, leak free ever since.

After calling around town I found that they were able to replace my radiator for the least amount. Brought my car in and immediately was greeted respectfully. After i signed paperwork they asked me if I needed a ride anywhere and that the job would be done in just a few hours. Got a call in a couple of hours saying the radiator was done and that there was a leak in the exhaust and asked if I wanted this looked into further and fixed before they would charge me. The Quick and great service I got is what will have me coming back whenever I need work done! Thanks Above and Beyond!

I can fully understand this Customers anger. I was there when my former manager and his wife were yelling at this customer. The customer presented no cause what so ever to be treated in this manner. I HAVE FIRED MY FORMER MANAGER, and SERVICE WRITER. Beleive me, this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the way my customers are to be treated. We always stand behind the work we do. I have found a new, and very excellant staff. My new Customer Service Manager is always courteous, friendly, and more than willing to find you the best pricing to fix your vehicle. Questions? We are happy to address your concerns regarding your vehicle.

Seriously, do not go to "Above and Beyond" - they are more like below and backwards... very poor service, and they do not know what they are doing. my car was in the shop for over 2 months. I am sure that it will break down before the warranty expires, and I doubt they will fufill their promise. I had to call weekly to find out what was going on with my car, and it was painful. Avoid going this shop at all costs. I do not trust them, I fear my car will break down, and I have never had such a terrible customer service experience in my life. I was cussed at and screamed at. I would not recommend this to place to anyone.

well for a shop i can walk out and see whats going on with my car i give them an A+++. further more the sinces of being at home is more like it( but under my car ). Thanks for teaching me why i need to maintain my vehical and what it will prevent. will bring it in for the next recomend on my list.

They rebuilt my engine for a low price of 2800 every shop i called gave me a qoute of 5 to 6 thousand dollers thanks above runs great see forward to doing future buisness with you.

For oil changes, minor maintenance, these guys arent bad. They're willing to work with you and fit you in, but when it comes to complex or performance jobs...run, run for your life.I needed an exhaust system rebuild to get my car ready for emissions down in portland, and the welds were shotty, the bends were half assed, and although my system was 2 and 1/4", they put a 2 1/2" cat on one side, and a 2" cat on the other side, the 2" being a Catco cat and not Magnaflows like they said. Even when I took it back, they did put a 2 1/2" magnaflow to match the other, but it was twice as long.Hard to recommend them for complex work. Don't know if they're just dishonest, or incompetent.
