i would say their not trust worththy i put my riding mower in for a spring that broke iv had the mower a few years so i ask them to change the belts they did but when i got the mower back the belts they took off they were in good shape and i think they should have called and let me know that they were in good shape also i got it back they were supposed to check it out well when i started to cut the grass i had to stop to move somthing i put in park and the mower just kept going and now i don't know how to adjust it i think if you have a business you should respect the people your working for no way should this to happen they just didn;t take the time so the customer has to live with this it would be nice for t&s man up for their mistake jim infoice #489335 i take credit for my review call any time i will explain it you have my number......

They sell good products at full retail but fail to stand behind their service work. I have bought a walk behind leaf blower $1000, a snow blower, $500 and a chain saw, $350 from this company along with several annual service tune ups on my lawn mover and other equipment over the years. Probably a total of close to $3000 over the past 10 years. Everything is great until you have to bring the equipment back for something they did not fix correctly the first time. The owner Gary completely lacks any customer service skills and is only interested in how much money he can make on the next service call rather than building a business with loyal customers.



There are so many other companies out there that will work hard to earn and keep your business that you don't need to give your hard earned money to someone who does not appreciate your business.

We have been in the power equipment business for over 35 years, with 30 of them being at T & S Mower. We have grown our business during that time from a two garage to over 8000 sq. ft. of store. We beleive this has been due to our excellent customer service. We are human and occassionally we make a mistake. When this happens we generally will take care of the problem the second time at our expense even if the customer caused the problem to re-occur. We will even provide a loaner product if the origal purchase was made at our store. This customer came in at 8AM in the morning with a Homelite chainsaw he purchased at Home Depot and demanded warranty. We had previously repaired the saw. Garry examined the saw and the problem was due to a defective chain brake of which there was a recall, but of which an authorization number is required. As Garry was the only person in the service department at that hour, and knowing he would be on hold with Homelite for long time, the customer was instructed he would need to leave the saw for us to get a warranty approval. There would have been no charge for his repair as we did not repair it properly the first time. He came very demanding at this point, wanted his money back, and began swearing, at which point he was asked to leave the store and take his business elsewhere. Had we been given an opportunity to correct this problem we would have been glad to do so. And to show our sincerity, any customer who has or is considering doing business with us may print this resopnse and present it to our service or parts clerks and receive a ten percent discount off of their service or parts purchase.
