Don't Bother. Unless you're okay working with a disrespectful owner Monty Hecker.

He did let his son Brook go to work as a guard, while under the influence, Brook stealing from the client and Monty rewarded him in by putting him charge of Pride Asset management.

Forcing officers to quit before they become eligible for a pay increase by disrespecting them sometimes threatening or insulting them, giving them bad performance reviews or just cutting their hours. Whatever it takes to get out of paying people or allowing Unemployment benefits.

Calling Monty, Mike or Crystal or anyone else "in charge" on any of this and you get threats, lies and tantrums.

Monty and his family feel they're entitled to cheat whoever or whatever business they think they can. I know, I experienced it.

Do NOT use this company if you value customer service in the least! I've never spoken to such a rude representative for a company that deals with the public before. I called to obtain an idea of how much I should expect to pay for a fingerprint scan as a school volunteer and was told, flat out, that they would not give me any info of fees other than the starting rate. I even asked if she could give an average or a max amount based on the code from the school. She still denied the ability to give any information before I wasted my time to go in to their office! I don't even mind paying more for another company to do the scan, as long as I never have to use this place.

I have worked for Elite Universal Security for only a few weeks now and it is simply the best. Coming from a security background and having experienced the worst. Elite's common cores and structured leadership is one not to falter. Elite's owners and fellow guards show the client true respect and value every clients wants and needs as if it were their own.

Being a security professional is no easy task and requires attention to every detail and most importantly the best customer service.

Elite Universal Security provides a variety of specialized services to fit the customers needs. And is hands down "Simply The Best".

Great company I have worked for them for 9 years. I do find it funny that previous post are from ex employees mad because they did get caught or from other companies mad because they can't get their own contracts without bashing another company. I guess that happens no matter where you go. Lol world revolves around drama.
