The transmission in my daughter's car went out and I had it towed to Ziegler. I could not break away from the office at that moment, so I sent my retired father to meet my daughter at the shop. Despite what could have been viewed as "golden opportunity" by some to deceive an elderly man and his teenage granddaughter, the owner himself took the time to call the dealership and check to see if it was still covered by warranty. Although, the car was paid off, it was still under 100,000 miles and covered completely.



At a time when business owners are struggling to stay afloat, these people not only lost a sale, but arranged the repair with the dealership.
