Food was served in a timely manner and seemed to be fresh. The server was attentive to our family and even made suggestions.

I've been going to this restaurant for years and recently their service has been terrible. It looks as if there are two waiters running the bar and the other tables, and another standing near the door. The last time I went there, I had to wait 45 minutes and nobody came to serve me. Tonight, I went there again and the lady serving us was acting like we were an annoyance. She didn't even have enough time to bring plates or napkins with our food. We were about to ask her for this, but she just ignored us and ran away. I had to go by myself and ask someone else for plates and napkins. After these experiences, my family and I have decided to never go to this restaurant and I recommend the same for anyone else.

Felt like we were rushed out the door. Came in for a leisurely dinner, ordered nachos for an appetizer (which are huge!) and were only halfway through that when our food came to the table about 5 minutes after the appetizer. The philly cheese steak was cold too.
