Horrible experience at this salon. New to town thought I would try the salon in spite of "mixed" reviews seeing it was so convenient. Twice I came out with one side of my hair longer than the other. This was done by the owner Toni. She doesn't know how to cut hair wet, only dry. Hence one side longer than the other lol. No offer for a complimentary cut or discount for next cut for the inconvenience of having to return to the salon to have it fixed. Then, on another visit had a blow out done by one of the girls there and left with damp hair that immediately frizzed upon leaving the shop. Save your money and find a professional salon who gives a good service to their paying customers. This salon is full of inexperienced unprofessionals.
