Dwyer Family Fuel has really made us feel like family. They treat their regular customers with the utmost respect and give them first priority. We have had nothing but the best service from them, as well as the most fair pricing (we shopped the area when we bought our house with an ancient boiler that we were looking to upgrade). A few coworkers have even made the switch to Dwyer an are equally as pleased.



Perhaps other people should plan better, rather than stick with shoddy service from their regular provider and then expect other providers to drop what they are doing to rescue an unknown person. Accountability and responsibility....look them up and stop pointing fingers at everyone else.

I called for and emergency service on a monday and got it on friday. i called and the receptionist was extremely rude to the point i ask her if it would be best for me to call at a time where she did not have an attitude problem. I dont understand how in todays business world they feel they can treat anyone how they want specially a small company. I hope to never drive by the place or drive by a service truck because it will make me remember about the most horrible service i have ever received!

I have been a customer of Dwyer Family Fuel for several years. The principles of the company go out of their way to provide a superior level of customer service that is second to none. They offer budget and prepay home heating contracts, a comprehensive service contract that includes an annual cleaning of the heating system, 24 hour emergency service and automatic delivery of home heating oil. I have recommended this outfit to family and friends and will continue to do so. On a scale of 1 thru 10, I give them a 10 in all areas of the services they provide.
