DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! !!!! HAD MY VEHICLE BACK 4 TIMES AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED TRANNY WENT OUT IN 4 MONTHS AND STILL IS AT HIS (FRANK SNIPES) THIS TIME HE'S HAD IT 2WEEKS TOLD US HE WOULD RENT A CAR. STILL NO TRUCK AND NO RENTAL 07-31-13 -08-13-13.

We spent nearly $2,000 to rebuild a transmission - not once but twice and it never worked. The first time the rebuilt transmission went out after approx. 500 miles. The second time it went in 100 miles. They give you a low price and then tell you it needs more parts once they have it out of your car. They warranty it but don't honor the warraty. You take them to court - they don't show up.



After the fact we asked around at auto part stores and repair shops. Some had direct bad experiences other knew someon else who did. Snipes Transmission is basically a shop that's in business to take money, provide an inferior service and back it up with NOTHING. I gavit one star only because the complaint will not post otherwise. f there were a choice of negative stars I'd give them a minus 5
