I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Ray and her wonderful staff. The clinic is kept beautifully clean with hand sanitizer throughout which is important to me. She takes care to keep my birds calm and uses her wonderful soothing voice to make their visit as calming as possible. She is patient and her love of the animals really shows. The other vet's I've used rush us out the door but Dr. Ray takes extra time to really do a complete exam recommending the proper immunizations and blood work to prevent infection and sickness. Every time I'm there I learn so much about my parrot because her Center is designed to teach proper care so I'm a better owner. And she offers my parrot's care at a discounted rate because she sees them annually. My birds are all doing better thanks to her advice on diet and environment. My only complaint about her is I have to drive an hour to get to her but it's worth it. I would highly recommend this vet for those who want extra specialized attention and care.

P.S. If you're still shopping around for a new vet stop in and ask to see Dr. Ray's parrot Casper. If after seeing how healthy and happy and well cared for that house parrot is you'll know you're dealing with a facility and people who genuinely love animals.
