I have been a patient of Dr. Worley for over 20 years since I was a kid.. I would have once said he was the best denist period but the last time I went in was bizzare and humiliating.. I broke one of my back teeth and needed to get it pulled .. I still had almost a week untill I got paid from work but I have never been in this kinda pain so told my wife .. oh it dont matter ill just go to dr worley and he will let me pay him when I got paid .. i only go maybe once a year and I have NEVER IN 20 years had an outstanding bill ..told the wife he would never send me out of his office in pain .. oh how wrong I was .. we go and talk to the receptions who rudely explains to me that he does not do credit anymore and in fact I still owed 67.00 .. and she goes back and talks to dr. worley who comes out front and says " I dont pull teeth for free " I explain that I do not owe a bill and that in fact have a 10 credit but to no avail .. later they call and tell us oops .. you dont have a bill .. wow ..

dr kevin worley and his staff are awesome folks had a dental problem and was in alot of pain and they took me that same day right after I had called them and this was on a friday... alot of dentist office's dont' do that anymore.......... dr worley and staff are great down to earth folks dr worley is great and he listens to you could'nt ask for a better dentist........................ very thankful in hermitage.................. tell all your friends
