I have been a mailbox customer here for nearly nine years, and I will continue indefinitely. I've gotten to know the owner well, and he has always been courteous, respectful, and service-oriented. He apparently instills these traits in his staff, because all of them have also been very helpful and friendly, always. Sometimes when I go in to pick up my mail, I don't even need to open my box because one of them has already retrieved it for me while I'm walking into the store, and they just hand it to me. I expect them to keep up the great service, and they've never let me down yet!
