Lived here for awhile and was fairly happy. I understand a new company came in. I have no problems with that it's life but what I do have problems with is managers that don't take accountability nor give their best at the position they are given. Service tickets now take forever there is no need for me to have to call several times to remind the office to write up a ticket and put it into their computer system to make sure something gets done. This is what I pay rent for to be maintenance free. I also don't like to be told that we are short so and so people or that that person just quit or all the drama the new manager kathy seems to be dishing out to folks everytime they call or stop into the office when she is even there? I get enough drama at work I don't need drama at home from people that should be making sure they maintain the property and the position theyhave been given to be good stewarts over. If you can't handle the pressure then get out of the pot. We will not be renewing our lease, and it is not because of the increase in rents its because people wanted to be treated special when the largest check we write every month is to a company that should be honoring who keeps them getting a pay check. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE MGR IS NOT SUITED FOR THIS TYPE OF JOB OR NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND YOUR NEEDS WILL NOT BE MET! Too much price for even the basics that are not done or maintained.
