I contracted U.S Housecraft to install new roof and guttering on my home after my roof and guttering were damaged in a hail storm. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner and they have very fair prices. It's rained several times since they installed new roof and no leaks! I would recommend this company to do all your roofing and guttering needs. I have a flat roof over the top of my patio in the back of my house and the company who roofed my house 10 years ago didn't do it right so I have had a small leak into my patio. I would get up there every year and put some silicone and it would take care of the leak for about a year. When U.S. Housecraft roofed my house they did it correctly above my patio and I don't have any problems with leaks in that area anymore. They are a great group of guys and do awesome work.

I have been waiting on US House Crafters to Roof my house now for over two years, even though they have made many promises to get started. Multiple excuses, but never once kept any promises to perform.

US House Crafters collected over $11,000 up front from our Insurance Co. and I haven't seen one shingle or any roofing supplies delivered to my house.

I patiently keep calling them, and I keep getting put off.

Somebody help us out here, This company needs to keep its obligations or refund the money.

I worked for this company. they are 2nd rate con men and 3rd rate christians

Work is fair to good but on-time service is very bad. They rarely show up on time. They don't always do what they say they will do. They don't have good communication between different departments. Their people are very friendly but the company does not do what the people say.
