Hi I have been a customer for over a year and have had several problems with my phone and service. And I found out today that even though they claim you have unlimited calls and text that is not true.. And you can almost never reach customer service. I think if they state unlimited it should be unlimited to me that is faulse advertising.....Good luck with your home of the free cell phone..
